We do not accept returns. All sales are final, except for unworn and unwashed apparel items that include their original tags attached and the receipt. Please note that swimwear, caftans and underwear are a final sale with no exceptions.

We do allow exchanges on eligible items. If you choose to exchange an item after leaving the store or after receiving your online purchase, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us, as well as any price difference for the new item selected, including the shipping cost to receive the items selected within the exchange.

Online orders placed Monday through Thursday are packed and prepared for carrier pickup within 24 hours of payment. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be packed and prepared for carrier pickup by the end of day Monday. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive email confirmation. This email will include the carrier’s details and tracking information, when applicable.

Yes! A personal note is a nice touch. We do handwrite notes upon request on a blank sheet of paper, but if you would like something a little more personalized, you can add a greeting card to your purchase and at check out, use the note section to let us know how to fill out the card for you.
