Christopher Finch was a bestselling art critic and author whose books include The Art of Walt Disney, Norman Rockwell’s America, and Jim Henson: The Works. A former associate curator at the Walker Art Center, he wrote widely on American popular culture and the visual arts and published acclaimed monographs on Chuck Close. His landmark history of Disney art has appeared in multiple expanded editions.

 

Floyd Norman is a Disney Legend and trailblazing animator, writer, and story artist. Hired at Disney in 1956, he contributed to Sleeping Beauty, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, Mary Poppins, and The Jungle Book—where Walt Disney personally selected him for the story team. His decades‑long career spans Disney, Hanna‑Barbera, and Pixar (Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc.). Norman’s life in animation is chronicled in the documentary Floyd Norman: An Animated Life.
